The authors of the conference can be researchers, university professors, graduate students, undergraduates, specialists from construction and design organizations.
The languages of the conference are Russian and English.
The language of publications in the conference materials is Russian or English.

The deadline for submission of applications and abstracts and articles is November 1, 2021, 23:59 GMT + 3.

Articles are submitted only to the electronic service in the form of a file of any version of Microsoft Word in Russian or English, typed in 1 interval, 10 pt, TimesNewRoman font, from 6 to 12 full pages of A5 format. All margins are 20 mm. Paragraph indent 0.7 cm to the left. Width justification. Formulas referenced in the text are numbered. The article must be fully assembled. Figures "in the text". Formulas in the Word editor. When designing an article, you should adhere to the following layout of the text:

At the beginning of the article, the title, abstract (up to 10 lines) and keywords in Russian and English are given, at the end of the article, information about the authors in Russian and English (title, position, organization, e-mail address). The annotation and information about foreign authors can be translated into Russian by the organizing committee of the conference.

Originality, theme

Articles prepared for publication must be original research manuscripts, never previously published in the materials of other conferences (journals, etc.). All papers are assumed to contain new research results of international interest. Articles should be related to the topics of the conference. English-language articles should be stylistically acceptable. All articles are carefully checked for plagiarism. The acceptable minimum for originality is 90%. Articles should be at least 6 pages long (6-12 pages are recommended).

Ethics

The scientific committee of the conference adheres to the ethical standards accepted by the scientific community, in particular, the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics. If an article contains figures or tables taken from other sources, the author must obtain appropriate permission to reproduce them from the respective publishers.

Authorship

The number of authors in one article should not be more than 6 people. One person can be the author of no more than 2 articles. The Responsible Author is the person selected within the group to be responsible for all contact and correspondence with the scientific committee. The Responsible Author must ensure that all coauthors are included in the article and that all coauthors review and approve the final paper and agree to its submission for publication.
