Articles are typed using 1 interval, 10 pt, Times New Roman font, ranging from 8 to 12 full pages in A5 format. All margins are 20 mm. Paragraph indent 0.7 cm to the left. Width alignment. Formulas that are referenced in the text are numbered. The article must be fully composed. Drawings “in the text”. Formulas in the Word editor. When formatting an article, you should adhere to the following text layout:

At the beginning of the article, the title, abstract (up to 10 lines) and keywords in Russian and English are given, at the end of the article information about the authors in Russian and English (title, position, organization, email address). It is possible to duplicate the article in the second language of the conference.

Origin, motivation and contribution

Papers which are prepared for publishing should be original research manuscripts, never published before and not under consideration for publication in any other conference proceeding (journal etc.). All papers are supposed to present novel research results of international interest. Papers need to be related to the main topic of the conference and conference topic fields. We publish papers written in good English only. All papers are reviewed by a native speaker. All papers are thoroughly checked for plagiarism. Acceptable minimum of originality is 90%.

Ethics

The conference Program Committee complies with the ethical standards adopted by the scientific community, in particular, with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics or www.rassep.ru. If a paper contains figures or tables taken from other sources, the author must get the respective permission for reproduction them from the corresponding publishers.

Authorship

Number of authors in a single paper is 6 person maximum. One person can be the author of not more than 4 articles. The corresponding author is the person chosen within the group to be responsible for all contact and correspondence with the periodical. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors (and no inappropriate co-authors) are included in the paper, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and agree on its submission for publication.

Статьи представляются в виде файла любой версии Microsoft Word на русском или английском языках, набранные через 1 интервал, 10 пт, шрифт TimesNewRoman, объемом от 6 до 12 полных страниц формата А5. Все поля – 20 мм. Абзацный отступ 0,7 см слева. Выравнивание по ширине. Нумеруются формулы, на которые есть ссылка в тексте. Статья должна быть полностью скомпонована. Рисунки «в тексте». Формулы во встроенном редакторе Word. При оформлении статьи следует придерживаться следующей схемы расположения текста:

Оригинальность, тематика

Статьи, подготовленные для публикации, должны быть оригинальными исследовательскими рукописями, никогда ранее не публиковавшимися в материалах других конференций (журналах и т.д.). Предполагается, что все работы содержат новые результаты исследований, представляющие международный интерес. Статьи должны быть связаны с темами конференции. Англоязычные статьи должны быть стилистически приемлемыми. Все статьи тщательно проверяются на плагиат. Приемлемый минимум оригинальности составляет 90 %.


Этика


Научный комитет конференции соблюдает этические нормы, принятые научным сообществом, в частности, руководящие принципы Committee on Publication Ethics или АНРИ www.rassep.ru. Если статья содержит рисунки или таблицы, взятые из других источников, автор должен получить соответствующее разрешение на их воспроизведение у соответствующих издателей.

Авторство

Количество авторов в одной статье не должно быть более 6 человек. Один человек может быть автором не более 4 статей. Ответственный автор — это лицо, выбранное в группе, чтобы отвечать за все контакты и переписку с научным комитетом. Ответственный автор должен обеспечить, чтобы все соавторы были включены в статью и чтобы все соавторы просмотрели и одобрили окончательный вариант статьи и согласились с его представлением для публикации.
